Budbud Tsokolate is suman cooked in special sticky rice, freshly squeezed coconut milk and salt. Blended into it and twirled is a chocolate jam made from raw dark chocolate native of the island of Negros Oriental. The chocolate and the plain rice are twirled to show both flavors.
